When the time constant T1 of the Miller integration circuit is small, that is, when it is running at high speed, the actual output waveform lags behind the ideal situation for a period of time. The solution to this problem is to use an op amp with a wider passband or use the high-speed integration circuit shown in Figure 5.4-11. Since the integration is an inverting op amp, the circuit can use feedforward compensation technology to improve the gain-bandwidth product of the op amp, which significantly improves the lag situation and the output UO responds quickly. This is why the circuit is called a high-speed integration circuit. C4 is a feedforward compensation capacitor. C2 and C2 are separated by R2.
