MAX98303 Stereo 3.1W Class D Amplifier

Active radiation limiting, edge rate, and overshoot control circuits significantly reduce EMI. The filter-less spread spectrum modulation scheme eliminates the need for output filtering traditionally found in Class D devices. These features reduce application component count.

The IC's quiescent current of 2.0 mA at 3.7 V, 2.7 mA at 5 V, can extend battery life in portable applications.

The IC is available in a 16-bump WLP package (1.68mm x 1.68mm x 0.64) and is specified over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
