1 Background and purpose
At the request of the National Bureau, all commercial enterprises will gradually implement the work of the coding to bar project. In order to better cooperate with the implementation of the National Bureau's coding to bar project in various commercial enterprises and improve operational efficiency, and at the same time, to change the current existing logistics and warehousing mode as little as possible, pallets are used as carriers of multiple cigarettes, and pallet identification is used to associate cigarette information, so that the cigarette barcode information collection system can simply and quickly collect relevant information. It is prepared to implement the work of piece-by-piece pallet stack association and whole pallet arrival in the commercial warehousing link, and implement the whole pallet outbound scanning in the commercial sorting and use outbound link. Including:
1. Using wireless radio frequency technology (RFID), establish piece-to-piece association for cigarettes that arrive piece by piece, and ensure the real-time association of piece-to-piece association and its consistency with the actual object; scan the whole pallet of cigarettes that arrive as a whole pallet to increase the efficiency of warehousing scanning.
2. Establish pallet finished product logistics tracking based on piece-to-piece association to improve operational efficiency, and closely combine with the three-scan work of the coding to bar project to improve the efficiency of sorting, use and outbound of commercial enterprises (scanning by pallet).
In general, this project is designed for the actual needs of commercial companies for commercial arrival scanning and coding to barcodes, combined with the application characteristics of RFID such as non-contact, large storage capacity, and fast reading speed, and for commercial enterprises to combine coding to barcode three-scan RFID applications.
2 Design content
This application is designed for the tobacco company's commercial warehouse as follows:
2.1 Warehouse entry link
For cigarettes arriving piece by piece, the barcode of the No. 1 engineering cigarette piece is collected while scanning in the warehouse, and the barcode data is written into the electronic tag of the corresponding pallet through the RFID device; for cigarettes arriving in full pallets, the electronic tag is scanned by the RFID device to realize the scanning of the entire pallet into the warehouse.
2.2 Warehousing link
Use RFID mobile devices to adjust the pallet information.
2.3 Sorting and outbound link
The barcode data of the cigarette piece is read from the electronic tag through the RFID device to complete the sorting, collection and outbound scanning.
3 Overall system design
3.1 Scanning and storage of cigarettes
upon arrival During the storage of cigarettes piece by piece, the 32-bit barcode on the cigarettes is collected by a Bluetooth scanner, and the control system performs certain logical processing to obtain the barcode package information of each stack of cigarettes, which is saved in the system for use in subsequent operations using the barcode package of cigarettes.
1. Manually unload the cigarettes onto the pallet and stack them manually.
2. Use a Bluetooth scanner to collect the barcodes of the cigarettes, collect the barcode data, and process the scanned data through the mobile car computer and send it to the backend control system through the wireless network.
3. After the stacking is completed, enter the next workflow, and the pallet electronic tag needs to be written with the stacking information.
3.2 Writing the stacking information
Application of RFID technology in tobacco warehouse logistics
After the stacking of cigarettes is completed, it is necessary to write the electronic tag, that is, write the stacking information. By scanning any cigarette barcode on the pallet, the corresponding barcode package data is obtained from the barcode package database, and the RFID device is controlled to compress the barcode package data and write it into the electronic tag, and the writing result is displayed through the signal light.
1. Scan any cigarette barcode on the pallet, and the system obtains the barcode information of the entire pallet;
2. Write the barcode information of the entire pallet into the electronic tag in the pallet;
3. If the electronic tag is written successfully, the alarm light prompts the user that the operation is successful and the pallet can be transported into the warehouse; if the writing fails, the alarm light alarms and enters the error handling process until the writing is successful; 4.
The stack (pallet) with successful information writing is put into storage.
3.3 Whole pallet arrival scanning
In the whole pallet cigarette storage link, the RFID device is used to read the data in the electronic tag on the pallet, and the corresponding cigarette barcode information is obtained through decryption and analysis, and the whole pallet cigarette storage scanning is completed, and the reading result is displayed through the signal light.
1. The forklift moves the whole pallet of cigarettes to the underground antenna, and the RFID device reads the data in the electronic tag.
2. If the electronic tag is read successfully, the alarm light prompts the user that the operation is successful and the pallet can be transported to the warehouse; if the reading fails, the alarm light sounds and the error handling process is entered until the reading is successful.
3. The forklift moves the scanned whole pallet of cigarettes to the corresponding cargo location.
3.4 Adjustment of pallet information
In the warehousing process, due to objective situations such as the possibility of damage or human replacement of cigarette packages on the pallet, it is necessary to correct the electronic tag data or the barcode group information of the cigarette package in the system when the specific cigarette package on the pallet changes, so as to ensure that the data of the electronic tag in the pallet or the barcode group information of the cigarette package in the system correctly corresponds to the barcode data of the specific cigarette package on the pallet.
3.5 Sorting and outbound scanning by stack
When sorting and outbound, use the RFID reader to read the data of the electronic tag on the pallet, and obtain the corresponding barcode information of the cigarette by decryption and analysis, so as to meet the needs of scanning and collecting the barcode information of the cigarettes for sorting and outbound, and ensure the normal data collection of the scanning system for sorting and outbound.
4 System Effects
The system is easy to operate, easy to master, use and maintain; it has good system performance, high processing efficiency, flexible use and fast operation speed; it has good security, complete and strict information acquisition and transmission system; it has good openness, reliability and scalability. With mature technology, it realizes the intelligent management of the warehouse of the tobacco commercial company, which not only well supplements the "two hits and three sweeps" project of the State Administration, but also solves the problems of chaotic management, complicated operations, low efficiency and high labor costs in the previous warehouse management.
