At present, the passenger vehicle management in my country is basically a contracting system or private vehicle owners. This makes some contractors or vehicle owners, in order to achieve the maximum benefit, not dispatch vehicles according to the normal schedule, not run according to the prescribed route, stay for a long time at the intermediate station, and the phenomenon of blocking and pressing vehicles is serious. This often causes fights and conflicts between contractors or vehicle owners, which increases the difficulty of management of the passenger transport center. At the same time, the competition for passengers, time and points among passenger vehicles has increased the safety hazards. Although the passenger transport center has also taken some measures, such as adding staff at the intermediate stations and strengthening management, new problems have arisen and the problems cannot be fundamentally solved.
