Senior Electronic Design Engineer

Main Responsibility:

1. Master the electronics and testing.

2. To ensure that the design, implementation and testing/verification of the electronics and

firmware are following the common guidelines and best practices, and there are within the

constraints: time, cost, specification & quality targets.

3. To develop component/complex module level specifications from higher level specifications.

4. Find and analyse available information for working out and proposing solutions to the

problems, analyse test results and test plans w.r.t. functional coverage.

5. Reach out ability to achieve the project target.

6. To collect/prepare the documents (documentation and reports) of the related electronic

design/module/sub-assembly in time as per the project plan.

7. Decide about design alternatives.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Master degree or above, major in electronic engineering or equivalent

2. Experiences: 5+ years experiences electronics and firmware design or equivalent

3. Competencies:

- Be familiar with electronics

- Be familiar with MCU and FPGA design

- Be familiar with the design tools – MENTOR GRAPHICS or similar tools.

- Be familiar with industrial standard i.e. CE, UL, EMC etc.

- Related design experiences on Embedded software is a plus

- Fluent in verbal and written English.

- Analytical, Problem solving and good communication skills.

Mechanical Design Engineer

Main Responsibility:

1. Mechanical design on module level within the given constraints: time, cost, specification &

quality targets.

2. To implement Mechanical related testing on product within the given constrains: time, cost,

specification & quality targets.

3. To ensure that the implementation confirms to the common guidelines and best practices.

4. To ensure that the relevant, available information gets collected, analyzed and considered for

the proposed used for the solution

5. To propose design solutions for the given task according to the given specification.

6. To ensure that the given milestones are being achieved or problems get escalated as early as

possible.

7. To collect/prepare the documents (documentation and reports) of the related

design/module/sub-assembly in time as per the project plan.

8. Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only

limited standardization exists.

9. Engineering Support

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor/Master degree of Mechanical Engineering

2. Experiences: 8+ years of experience in related field for Bachelor degree or 5+ years of

experience in related filed for Master degree

3. Competencies:

- Plenty experience on at least 2 of following processes

- Sheet Metal

- Plastic Injection

- Die Casting

- Experience on Thermal is preferred

- Master on Creo (Pro/Engineer), familiar with Windchill is preferred.

- Good communication skill

- Fluent English, both in oral and writing.

- High level of intellectual affectivity and flexibility

- Analytical skills

- Problem solving skills

- Initiative and Team work spirit
