CS277 Hall switch integrated circuit is a monolithic semiconductor integrated circuit. The circuit consists of seven parts: reverse voltage protector, precision voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, differential amplifier, Schmitt trigger, temperature compensator and complementary collector open output. It has the characteristics of wide operating voltage range, high magnetic sensitivity, strong load and reverse protection capabilities, etc.
