NOT gate ring oscillator experimental circuit with RC

The figure shows the experimental circuit of the NOT gate ring self-excited multivibrator with RC delay circuit. The oscillation circuit is composed of NOT gates IC1, IC2, IC3 and timing circuit components RP, C, etc. IC3 outputs a rectangular wave signal. R1 is a protective resistor to prevent the IC3 gate circuit from being damaged when the timing capacitor C is reversely discharged. NOT gate IC4 makes the oscillator output a rectangular wave with a better waveform.

Oscillation frequency estimation f≈1/2.3RC T≈2.3RC

The resistance value of the timing resistor is selected in the range of 100-1000Ω, and the value range of the timing capacitor C is relatively large, ranging from hundreds of pF to hundreds of microfarads, which can make the oscillation frequency range from several megahertz to several hertz. Replacing the timing resistor with a potentiometer (1.5kΩ) can continuously adjust the oscillation frequency and has a larger coverage rate. The chips used are 74LS04 .

ATmega128 calibrated on-chip RC oscillator
The calibrated on-chip RC oscillator provides a fixed 1.0, 2.0, 4.0, or 8.0 MHz clock. These frequencies are nominal at 5V and 25°C. This clock can also be used as the system clock by programming the CKSEL fuse according to Table 13. No external components are required when this clock is selected (CKOPT cannot be prog

Adjustment of simple high input impedance dual wave linear detection circuit (RC4558DN)
As shown in the figure, a simple high input impedance dual-wave linear detection circuit is shown . This circuit compensates for the nonlinearity of the feedback level Vf movement by adding a diode to the negative feedback loop of the operational amplifier . The circuit does not require the use of precision resistors
