By using the output of DAC3 to change the size of the sensor excitation current IBR, full-scale fine calibration can be achieved. IISRC is the reference current, which is set by RISRC and the voltage of pin 9. V1 and V2 form a mirror current source with a current gain of 14 times, which can make the excitation current IBR=14IISRC. The programming range of IBR is 0.1~2mA. The on and off states of analog switches S1 and S2 are controlled by the configuration register. Obviously, when the full-scale output voltage changes, DAC3 compensates for the bridge output voltage by changing BR, thereby correcting the full-scale error.
