HA1377 is a power amplifier integrated circuit produced by Hitachi, Japan. It has two sets of power amplifier circuits on a silicon chip, with high output power. Under 13.2V power supply voltage, it can obtain 5.8W output power when THD=10% at 4Ω load. When connected in BTL, it can obtain 17W output power under the same conditions. It is suitable for portable, desktop mono and stereo dual-channel recorders and other audio equipment. It adopts 12-lead single-in-line plastic package structure, and its appearance is shown in Figure 1.
     Circuit features:

    [3]. Internal thermal cut-off protection circuit.

     Instructions for use:

    HA1377 and HA1377A are the same package, with the same dimensions, pin function arrangement, electrical parameters and application diagrams. They are generally interchangeable. The difference is that HA1377A can be used for BTL connection, while HA1377 cannot be used for BTL connection.
