The MAX2664 and MAX2665 are ultra-small low-noise amplifiers for HF/UHF applications. These devices include a wideband low-noise amplifier with an integrated bypass switch. The MAX2664 covers the UHF frequency range from 470MHz to 860MHz, and the MAX2665 covers the VHF frequency range from 75MHz to 230MHz.

Each device has a zero-power bypass mode for better high signal level handling conditions. In addition, the output port is internally matched to 50Ω, while an external inductor is used to match the input port to 50Ω.

The MAX2664 and MAX2665 are available in a wafer-level package (WLP).

Remote Sensing Using a Precision Instrumentation Amplifier
Instrumentation amplifiers (IAs) are the workhorse of sensing applications. This article will explore some ways to exploit the instrumentation amplifier’s balance and excellent DC/low-frequency common-mode rejection (CMR) characteristics to enable its use with resistive sensors, such as strain gauges, where the sensor

High Performance Differential Amplifier with Precision Supply Reference Level Shifting
High-performance ADCs designed with small-size processes are usually powered by a single 1.8V to 5V power supply. To process signals of ±10 V or greater, an amplifier circuit is usually placed in front of the ADC to attenuate the signal and prevent input saturation. A differential amplifier (diff amp) is commonly used

Optimizing Sensor Circuits Based on Zero-Drift Instrumentation Amplifiers
Sensors Measurements usually convert the physical phenomena of interest into electronic circuit parameters, such as resistance and capacitance, which are then read using a bridge circuit. The bridge circuit then produces an output voltage or current signal that is proportional to temperature and
