The structure and indicators of integrated operational amplifiers

1. Characteristics of integrated operational amplifiers ?
Integrated operational amplifiers are ideal gain devices with amplification factors of up to 104 to 107. The input resistance ranges from tens of kilo-ohms to tens of megohms, and the output resistance is very small, only tens of ohms. ?

2. What are the circuit components inside the integrated operational amplifier ?

Inside is a direct-coupled multi-stage amplifier circuit, which can be divided into four parts: input stage, intermediate stage, output stage and bias circuit.

3. The external lead terminals of the integrated operational amplifier
include input terminal, output terminal, power supply terminal for connecting positive and negative power supplies, offset adjustment terminal, phase compensation terminal, common ground terminal and other additional terminals.

IV. Main performance indicators of integrated operational amplifiers
(1) Input offset voltage UOS: The best is less than 1mV, and the worst is about 10mV.
(2) Input offset current IOS: The best can be less than 1nA, and the worst can be as large as 5μA.
(3) Open-loop differential mode voltage gain Aod??
General-purpose operational amplifier Aod is generally 103~107. ?
(4) Differential mode input resistance rid??
Generally in the range of tens of kilo-ohms to tens of megohms. Ideal operational amplifier rid=∞.
(5) Differential mode output resistance r is generally around 20~200 Ω. ??
(6) Maximum output voltage Upp???
When the rated power supply voltage (±15V) and rated output current are met, the peak-to-peak value of the maximum output voltage without distortion of the operational amplifier can reach about ±13V.
