Due to version issues, some users cannot use ssh software to transfer files between the host and the virtual machine.
Files can also be transferred between machines by sharing folders.
The author's virtual machine is shown in the figure below.
Select "Edit Virtual Machine Settings", enter the virtual machine settings interface, select "Options" → "Shared Folders" as shown below
