The emulator I use is Fire-Debugger, which supports ARM's CMSIS-DAP standard as shown in the figure below.
We connect the emulator to the development board and the computer, then power on the development board, and then we can use the Keil software to burn the program to the development board. The connection diagram is shown in the figure below.
After the connection is completed, open the Keil software and click the button in the red box.
Next, click Debug and select CMSIS-DAP Debugger.
Then click Utilities and select the default emulator.
Click Debug again, then click Settings, and configure as shown below.
After the settings are completed, continue to set the Flash Download under the Debug button.
After the settings are completed, click Compile Project and if there is no error, you can download the program.
After the program is downloaded, if the Build Output tab prints "Application running...", it means the program has been successfully downloaded.
