I was watching Guoqian's teaching videos recently. In the Guoqian Experience Class 2-1 (Development Board System Installation - Jlink Method), the method of burning the nor flash directly without any configuration was successful purely by chance! In the video, there were also two errors when burning, which were mistakenly believed to be due to JLink being unstable. I posted this article first to correct the wrong method.
If the above error occurs, you can refer to the following method to reconfigure.
My development board is mini2440. If it is other types, you can also refer to it according to the specific situation.
1. Solution 1
1. Search for S3C2440 JLink configuration file download on the Internet.
2. Click file -> open project and select the downloaded initialization project file.
3. Click option -> project settings, select Flash, and click select flash device. Select the Nor Flash chip model corresponding to the development board. My board uses SST39VF1601, so I choose SST39VF1601 here. For specific details, refer to the user manual to find the Nor Flash chip model.
The contents of the configuration file are as follows:
After setting the above, you can proceed with the following burning work. In this way, the burning is successful in one go.
2. Solution 2
1. Select Options -> Project Settings -> CPU -> 'Use following init sequence:'. By default, there is only one line:
0 reset 0 0ms reset and Halt target.
Then select the line, click Edit, change Delay to 2ms, and click OK.
3. Solution 3
1. Click options-->project settings-->CPU, select Action in Use following init sequence, and change Reset to Halt.
However, it is recommended that you use the first solution. The phenomenon of successfully erasing Nor Flash is as follows:
