The hardware interface circuit of ADVFC32 and 51 series microcontroller is shown in Figure 1. The figure shows the case when the input voltage signal is positive. When the input signal is negative, just connect the resistors R1 and R3 to the ground and input directly from the 14th pin. The circuit of AD650 is similar to the external circuit of ADVFC32. Please refer to the relevant manual for the pin arrangement and internal structure of these two chips.

Hardware interface circuit between ADVFC32 and 51 series single chip microcomputer

As shown in Figure 1, the interface circuit is very simple. It only needs to send the frequency signal output by the V/F converter directly to the counting input terminal T of the timer 1 of the single-chip microcomputer 8031. The design idea is: the mV voltage signal from the sensor is amplified to a voltage of 0 to 10 V by the operational amplifier, and then added to the input terminal of ADVFC32. The frequency signal output from the frequency output terminal OUT is added to the counting input terminal Tl of the timer 1 of the single-chip microcomputer 8031. When the timer is used as a counter inside the single-chip microcomputer, the input pulse is counted by timer 1. The timing time of timer O is set by the required A/D conversion resolution.
