1. Download SAM-BA-Install.exe software installation

2. Connect the DBGU serial port on the at91sam7s64 board to the PC

3. Open SAM-BA.exe and click "DBGU connection"

<1> Connect the ERASE [pin 55] of at91sam7s64 to a high level (must be maintained for more than 50ms), which will erase all contents in the flash and unlock all internal flash write protection locks.

     Allows flash programming

<2> Connect the TST [pin 40] of at91sam7s64 to a high level for 20 seconds or more (during this period, the internal TST logic control unit of at91sam7s64 will detect whether the internal flash is locked.

If it is detected that it is not locked, the TST logic control unit will burn the RomBoot boot program into the internal flash at 0x100000, so that RomBoot will start executing after reset)

<3>Reset at91sam7s64 or power on again. When you can see the "RomBoot" data output from the DBGU port, the "DBGU connection" can be connected normally! :):

4. After entering the SAM-BA programming download environment, select at91sam7s64 and download the file, and then you can download the file to the flash of at91sam7s64.

5. After downloading the program, if you want to download it again, if you selected lock flash when downloading the program last time, you need to follow steps <1>~<3> to unlock the flash first.

Select lock flash, then follow the steps <2>~<3> to perform RomBoot recovery again. Only in this way can you use SAM-BA.exe to download again

Summary: This method only uses the DBGU serial port, which saves the trouble of H-Flasher+wiggler burning the program, but it takes more than 20 seconds of RomBoot recovery. It is appropriate to choose in practice!
