In the ARM processor, the execution of the program is mainly controlled by 3 situations:

1. The program is executed in a pipeline manner. The value of PC is the address of the next instruction, that is, the PC is offset by one word for each instruction executed.

2. The program execution is controlled by jump instructions.

B jumps to the specified instruction for execution.
BL jumps to execute, saves the subroutine address and returns.
BX jumps to execute and switches to Thumb state.
   BLX Three modes combined
