Nidec Transmission Technology has developed a new type of precision reducer "KINEX"

Nidec Corporation 's group company Nidec Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. ( formerly Nidec Shinpo ) has developed a new precision speed reducer " KINEX " , thereby further expanding its product lineup of precision speed reducers.

The embedded planetary gear precision reducer " KINEX " has the characteristics of high rigidity and high precision. As a reducer for servo motors, it can be installed in various applications, including the joints of large and medium-sized multi-joint robots , SCARA robots, and other robots . " KINEX " has the " N series" with a solid shaft and the " C series" with a hollow shaft that can pass cables and hoses . By making full use of Nidec 's technology, Nidec Transmission Technology has achieved "silence " and "maintenance-free". By combining with the already launched precision control reducer " FLEXWAVE" , Nidec Transmission Technology has a lineup of reducers compatible with all joints of robots , and is also suitable for a wide range of applications such as machine tools and semiconductor manufacturing equipment .

The new series of reducers will be exhibited at the Tokyo Big Sight ( Tokyo International Exhibition Center) from November 29 to December 2 , 2023 .
