In recent years, water heater pumps, in addition to being lighter and smaller, also need to have low vibration and low noise to avoid drive sound from becoming a problem when operating late at night.
Benedeco Instruments' new water heater pump is specially developed for "coolless type" water heaters that do not produce cold water even when the water heater is first turned on in winter. This type of water heater requires the pump to run even when the user is not using hot water, and since it is usually installed indoors in an apartment, it needs to be smaller and quieter than before.
This product uses a sensorless vector control IC with a sine wave drive method that rotates more smoothly than the traditional square wave drive method to control the rotor rotation, so it has lower vibration and quieter operation. In addition, by analyzing the vibration of the motor and the resonance frequency of the water heater installed with this product, and designing to avoid the resonance zone, we have achieved a level of silence that is at the forefront of the industry.
In addition, after winding the linearly unfolded iron core, the motor iron core is formed into a circular crimped magnetic core, which improves the slot fill rate and reduces the volume by 20 % compared with traditional products .
