Application Background
Rail transit is responsible for the vast majority of passenger and freight transportation, but with the rapid development of the national economy, the contradiction between the capacity and volume of rail transit has become increasingly prominent. In particular, the research work on the dispatching centralized system in my country has just started for more than 10 years, the degree of intelligence is not high, and the system is overly dependent on the manual intervention of the dispatcher, which greatly increases the workload. The traditional dispatching model can no longer meet the rapid development of the national economy. The new dispatching centralized system CTC is a new type of driving command and signal control equipment proposed under the new situation of leapfrog development of railways, based on the highly developed computer technology, communication technology, signal technology and the successful implementation of the DMIS system. It will also bring a new and efficient transportation organization and management model.
Program Overview
In 2008, after months of hard research, the overall design plan made by NORCO for the UK-France railway project successfully passed the acceptance. This product embodies the years of hard work of many rail transit product R&D experts of NORCO and is sought after by domestic industry experts.
NORCO's industrial computer is the control center of the entire system. Through timely interactive feedback of front-end vehicle information, the control center gives the best traffic solution based on data such as driving speed and vehicle distance. The dispatch center staff can monitor the running track, running speed and other effective information of all vehicles in real time. The system also has an automatic alarm function when an emergency occurs.

System Advantages
As we all know, the United Kingdom is one of the countries with the most developed railways in the world. There are many railway lines in the country. Different from the single-line railway layout in China, its railways are distributed in a three-dimensional ring shape, which poses a severe test for dispatching. North China Industrial Control has made full use of its many years of engineering experience and technical advantages in the rail transit industry, with dispatching concentration as the core and rail transportation driving command automation as the goal to realize the intelligentization of rail transportation command.
In addition, facing the increasingly tense energy crisis, new efficient and energy-saving transportation tools have become the ideal choice for clean transportation tools. North China Industrial Control fully utilizes energy-saving and emission reduction technologies in the research and development process. A series of measures such as wind power generation and low-power lithium batteries have made the system a "green star" that has attracted much attention. In the design process, an onboard AMD LX 700 processor with a main frequency of 433MHz is used to effectively reduce the heat generated by the system; the fanless design of the motherboard provides maximum guarantee for the stability of the system, and can achieve 2 weeks of unattended automatic operation.

The series of innovations in the safe and stable dispatching technology and the high efficiency and energy saving of environmental protection technology have caused a sensation among professionals at home and abroad as soon as the system was successfully developed. North China Industrial Control adopts the internationally advanced "distributed self-discipline" technology to realize the intelligent and information management of rail transportation, which has played an important role in promoting the reform of my country's rail transportation dispatching mode and alleviating the contradiction between transportation capacity and pressure. This system is the first in the world to reduce the system power consumption to 5 watts, creating a precedent for green and environmentally friendly rail transportation technology, mobilizing the enthusiasm of the domestic rail transportation industry to participate in environmental protection transformation, and having an immeasurable impact on the development of the rail transportation industry.
