At this year's Labelexpo Asia, Avery Dennison adheres to the concept of promoting industry development with technological innovation and brings a series of innovative solutions, including:

Digital printing series

The digital printing series launched by Avery Dennison this time includes paper and film products, which are suitable for mainstream digital printing equipment and technology categories, such as HP Indigo, XEIKON (toner), UV inkjet and water-based inkjet printing technologies. Avery Dennison's digital printing series also includes the latest developed UV inkjet printing wine-specific surface materials, which can ensure color saturation and consistency, as well as text clarity, while flexible minimum order quantity helps reduce customers' inventory and cost pressure.

Battery Label

In the field of mobile device battery applications, Avery Dennison's flame retardant label series has passed UL94 certification, has excellent fire resistance, and adopts a lighter and thinner product structure design, which can maximize the battery capacity within the limited device space. Avery Dennison provides three solutions: wrapping, edge sealing and repair to ensure that the battery fits perfectly with the electronic device to avoid affecting the battery performance.

In the field of power battery applications, Avery Dennison's cell wrapping insulation film can meet the stringent requirements of battery manufacturers. It can not only ensure the insulation protection and fire retardancy of battery cells, but also provide long roll diameter products, thereby effectively reducing the number of downtimes of processing companies, improving their production efficiency, helping to reduce waste, and producing labels with stable quality.

AD Premium Service

Fierce industry competition forces label converters to constantly seek differentiation, reduce costs, and set increasingly stringent sustainable development goals. Brands and retailers expect label suppliers to provide more economical products while maintaining quality and performance, and multinational companies are also actively seeking label solutions that meet their environmental and sustainable development commitments. In order to help label converters meet these challenges, Avery Dennison launched "AD Premium Services", which include printing training courses for printing plants and end customers, customized creative workshops, laboratory testing and printing and labeling technical support, as well as product compliance management and base paper recycling. A total of eight services, effectively helping customers continuously optimize their business and achieve success.

RFID smart label solutions for the food industry

Avery Dennison brought a variety of innovative RFID smart labels for food applications, including WaveSafeTM, the world's first RFID smart label that can safely withstand 5 minutes in a 950-watt microwave environment, which can effectively avoid the dangers caused by arcs or overheating, and On-Metal RFID smart labels that are resistant to metal and liquid packaging and break through industry application barriers. They effectively help companies improve productivity, reduce food waste, and increase fresh food profit margins, and help improve global supply chain management, food traceability, and supply chain visualization.

RFID smart label solutions for the logistics industry

In the closed loop of the supply chain, trends such as instant traceability, automation, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and sustainable development are challenges faced by many companies around the world. Avery Dennison's RFID smart logistics overall solution helps companies solve this problem, improve efficiency, optimize costs, and maximize the end-to-end visibility of valuable assets. In addition, the ThermaVIP+ enhanced vacuum insulation barrier packaging on display is widely used in industries such as medicine, fresh food, industrial products, and artworks. It saves up to seven times the space of ordinary insulation barriers, and the optimal insulation time is more than 120 hours. It is easy to assemble and has a variety of sizes and thicknesses to meet the various needs of customers.

RFID smart label solutions for the aviation industry

At this exhibition, Avery Dennison also specially demonstrated the application of RFID smart tags in the aviation field in the "Smart Zone" (E3 Hall P33 booth), and experienced how Avery Dennison applied RFID technology in the application of airport baggage handling systems, so that luggage bid farewell to optical scanning, and even luggage can be easily identified while moving, making the best use of existing infrastructure to increase baggage throughput, helping to shorten aircraft baggage loading time and effectively improve flight punctuality. Once the flight arrives, passengers can use the airline's client or APP to timely understand the location of their luggage and speed up the baggage collection, thereby significantly improving the passenger experience.
