Jiesrui learned that after the hospital achieved full WiFi network coverage, it came up with the idea of completely transforming the existing voice communication system into a wireless voice communication method, and had the following requirements:
1. After medical staff adapted to the wireless mobile office of computers, the inconvenience brought by traditional wired landlines became more and more prominent, and the hospital needed to transform its voice communication into an information system. At present, the hospital has two communication systems, wireless and wired. In order to avoid trouble, the hospital only wants to use one communication system.
2. Mobile communications bring great convenience to medical work. The hospital hopes that the internal communication terminals are also mobile, in line with the characteristics of mobile office. At the same time, the use of mobile communication terminals should be limited to the hospital.
3. We hope to save the internal communication costs between the hospital lines and realize free internal communication in the hospital.
4. As part of network information management, it is hoped that telephone conferencing, IVR interaction, telephone recording and other convenient communication functions can be realized.
Wireless Multimedia Communication Solutions

The full name is Wireless Fidelity. 802.11b is sometimes mistakenly labeled as Wi-Fi. In fact, Wi-Fi is a trademark of the Wireless Local Area Network Alliance (WLANA). The trademark only guarantees that the products using the trademark can cooperate with each other, and it has nothing to do with the standard itself. But later people gradually got used to calling the 802.11b protocol WIFI. Its biggest advantage is its high transmission speed, which can reach 11Mbps. In addition, its effective distance is also long, and it is also compatible with various existing 802.11 DSSS devices. Laptop technology - Centrino technology is based on this standard.
Based on the existing wireless network, Jiesirui established a wireless voice system based on IP switching for the hospital. The hospital can use this system to completely replace the previous wired system.
This voice system uses MCS1000 as the core voice exchange device, and is equipped with GA90 gateway equipment (with E1 card) independently developed by Jiesrui. It is connected to the telecom operator through the E1 line, serving as the intermediate equipment connecting MCS1000 and the public telephone network (PSTN). At the same time, 200 WiFi mobile phones will be deployed at the terminals of the first phase of the project for medical staff to use. Through the wireless network platform, the mobile terminal and MCS1000 will be connected to transmit voice.

This solution can realize the following functions for hospitals. It not only provides convenient mobile communications and rich application functions for hospital staff, but also effectively reduces telephone charges and improves the level of hospital information management:
Wireless office telephone network: MCS multimedia communication system improves office efficiency and reduces office communication costs, building a wireless office telephone network. MCS1000 can correspond to 1,000 mobile terminals, equip each WiFi phone with an extension number, and retain the original switchboard number.
Free internal wireless communication: Make unified communication within the hospital a reality. Medical staff can use Wi-Fi phones to conduct internal collaborative work, emergency calls, etc., and all internal voice communications are free.
Multi-party conference call: You can hold a remote multi-person conference call anytime and anywhere. In a wireless mobile environment, it is more convenient to hold a conference call, and the operation is simpler and more convenient. Meeting participants do not need to be present, and can communicate and discuss with multiple parties in a timely manner using only a WiFi phone. It improves meeting efficiency for doctors, saves office time, and allows them to discuss cases in the office and make accurate treatment plans.
Programmable IVR: IVR (Interactive Voice Response) is an interactive voice response. You can enter the service center by phone and listen to mobile entertainment products according to the operation prompts. It can play relevant information according to the content entered by the user.
Another important application of IVR is in call centers, which are divided into pre- and post-IVR. Pre-IVR means that the voice enters the IVR first for processing, and is transferred to the human agent only when the customer's problem cannot be solved. Post-IVR means that the IVR and the human agent are in a balanced position, and the IVR is transferred when the human agent cannot meet the customer's call, mainly to delay time or provide value-added services. When patients call for consultation, they can quickly and clearly guide the patient's voice operation without human help.
Backup recording service: The recording function can be set up on the MCS server, eliminating the high hardware requirements of the previous recording server. When patients call for consultation or internal communications, users who need to record can be flexibly set at any time. When necessary, the recording can be stored to back up the hospital's communication work for emergency use.
