1. Outdoor P12 full-color module
1. One row of R (G, B) lights are on continuously: In the module, one TB62726 (R) controls 4 rows and 16 columns of red
LED lights
, 4 lights are connected in series, 3 of which are always on, and the unlit R (G, B) lights can be replaced.
2. R (G, B) light string point: The chip pin controlling this point is short-circuited, the output pin is short-circuited, and the chip pin is re-soldered.
3. One column of R (G, B) lights is always on: When the module is turned on, one light in this column is dimmer than the other three. This light is installed upside down. Remove it and reinstall it. If
the brightness
is the same, it may be that the chip output pin is short-circuited. Each column (4 lights) corresponds to a serial output port.
4. Several rows of lights are not on: The corresponding
IC
4953 is broken or the pin is short-circuited,
the PCB
board is open, replace the IC, and reconnect the circuit.
5. Color difference: The external resistor of the corresponding R (G, B) lamp is welded incorrectly, or the total resistor is welded incorrectly. Replace the new resistor.
6. One column of R (G, B) lights is not on: It may be that there is a short circuit from the IC to the pin header or from the pin header to the lamp pin. Use a multimeter
to test.
Connect the pin header to the lamp pin. If the light is on, it means the pin header to the lamp pin is broken. Connect it with a jumper on the front. If it is not on, it may be that the IC to the pin header is broken. You can remove the control board to see if the pin header is loose and re-solder it.
2. Outdoor P14 full-color module
1. R (G, B) lamp is always on: The two lamps in the module are connected in series to form a pixel. One lamp is damaged and the other lamp is always on. Replace the damaged R (G, B) lamp.
2. R (G, B) lamp is dim: The lamp tube is broken. Replace the dim lamp tube.
3. R (G, B) lamp is not on: There may be a short circuit on the PCB board or a short circuit in the pin header welding. Use a multimeter to detect the corresponding circuit, find it and connect it with a jumper.
4. R (G, B) lamp is on continuously: The IC or pin header is short-circuited. Find the short circuit and eliminate it.
5. Local color difference: A small piece of R (G, B) lamp is not on, and the total resistance is welded incorrectly. Replace a new resistor.
6. R (G, B) lamp string point: IC pin short circuit, re-solder the pin.
3. Outdoor P16 full-color module
1. R (G, B) lamp blind point: There may be a circuit break between IC and pin header or pin header to lamp pin. Use a multimeter to test the circuit break. If the circuit break is between pin header and lamp pin, you need to use a jumper to connect.
