ROHM to participate in PCIM Europe 2024: Enabling growth and driving innovation

~Showcasing high-efficiency EcoGaN™ and SiC power solutions~

During this year's European Power Electronics Show (hereinafter referred to as PCIM Europe), the industry's annual event held in Nuremberg, Germany (June 11-13), ROHM will showcase new power semiconductor solutions, especially wide bandgap devices. ROHM's rich SiC, Si and GaN series product portfolio is designed to meet the needs of various application fields, especially in the field of electric vehicles and power applications. Following the concept of "enabling growth and driving innovation", ROHM has always continued to use technology to promote sustainable development and solve various problems facing society and ecology.

The products and product highlights displayed by ROHM at booth 304 in Hall 9 are as follows:

SiC (Silicon Carbide):

As a leader in the SiC industry, Rohm will debut its new SiC power modules for automotive applications at PCIM Europe 2024. In addition, Rohm will also demonstrate the conversion of production processes to 8-inch SiC wafer processes and discuss the future development direction of SiC products. Rohm's 4th generation SiC MOSFET achieves the industry's ultra-low on-resistance, can greatly reduce switching losses, and supports 15V and 18V gate-source voltages.

GaN (Gallium Nitride):

Rohm will showcase the EcoGaN™ series of 150V and 650V-class GaN HEMTs through multiple evaluation kits. The Power Stage IC BM3G0xxMUV-LB (including built-in 650V GaN HEMT and gate driver) enables more integrated and smaller PFC and QR (quasi-resonant) flyback converters. These devices can provide better solutions for a variety of electronic systems that require high power density and efficiency. Rohm will also showcase more than a dozen EcoGaN™ series products related circuit boards and their contributions to industrial solutions.

During the exhibition, ROHM's power supply experts will participate in several panel discussions and give several conference speeches. In addition, they will also display related posters at the exhibition.
