Isolated DC-DC converter for PoE : This converter provides up to 72W of DC power over an Ethernet cable. In addition to being suitable for a variety of network devices, Murata's PoE DC-DC converters also have the PD controller required for PoE. The overall solution is small and thin, saving space and allowing for rear mounting. The design adopts 3D structural design and molding technology, which can reduce or eliminate the need for noise filters and support high-temperature operation.

In terms of power semiconductors, Murata also brought two star products MYC0409 and PE24108. Among them, MYC0409 has the industry's highest power density (5.4kW/inch3) and supports a 4-fold ratio step-down DC-DC "charge pump module" with an input voltage of 48V. PE24108 adopts an innovative two-stage design that combines a capacitor distributor charge pump with a 4-phase buck regulator, resulting in a lower height and more compact size.

In addition, Murata also brought leading capacitor and inductor products to this CPEEC & CPSSC 2023, which can be widely used in many high-demand fields such as communication power supplies, adapters, data centers, and automotive OBC. Among them, Murata's chip-type safety capacitors can achieve a size and low profile beyond traditional lead-type capacitors. In comparison, its volume can be reduced to less than 1/10, and its height can be reduced to less than 1/4. The other two automotive-grade chip safety capacitors and multilayer ceramic capacitors also have the characteristics of miniaturization, which is conducive to space design. The power inductors for power supplies on display this time have the characteristics of large current and high performance, and are suitable for various application scenarios such as communication power supplies, data centers, adapters, and automotive power supplies.
