Induction cooker is a kitchen appliance that uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to convert electrical energy into heat energy. Inside the induction cooker, the rectifier circuit converts the 50/60Hz AC voltage into DC voltage, and then the control circuit converts the DC voltage into a high-frequency voltage with a frequency of 20-40KHz. The high-speed changing current flowing through the coil will generate a high-speed changing magnetic field. When the magnetic lines of force in the magnetic field pass through the metal body at the bottom of the metal vessel (magnetic and conductive material), countless small eddy currents are generated, causing the vessel itself to heat up at a high speed, and then heat the things in the vessel. As shown in the figure below, this is the principle circuit diagram of a household induction cooker.
