The SI IDTF1100 dual channel device operates from a single 5 V supply. It is ideally suited for operation in a multi-carrier base station receiver in the RF band from 698 to 915 MHz with high side injection. IF frequencies from 150 to 450 MHz are supported. The mixers in a typical base station receiver limit the linear performance of the entire receiving system. The F1100's zero-distortion technology greatly increases the maximum third-order intermodulation interference a base station can withstand and the required signal-to-noise ratio (SNR).
