Source: InternetPublisher:张三叔 Keywords: Transmitter Updated: 2024/09/24
The RF2942 is a transmitter with a quadrature modulator and power amplifier for use in 915 MH ISM RF products, digital communications and portable mobile devices.
The main technical features are as follows:
・Operating frequency is 902--928 MHz
・Operating voltage: 2.0~3.6 V
・Operating current is 170~260 mA, standby current is 10~24 mA
・Output power: 200 mW
・The local oscillator frequency is twice the RF frequency to avoid interference from external synthesizers
・The quadrature phase of the local oscillator is generated using a passive network inside the integrated circuit
・The quadrature modulator is driven by a single-ended local oscillator (LO).
