It is not complicated to make an inverter by yourself. Based on the basic principle of power supply circuit, the editor made a 220V temporary inverter power supply. The process and method are for your reference. The circuit diagram is as follows:
1. Circuit Principle
Transistor V, N1 and N2 windings of transformer T and capacitor C form a transformer-coupled LC oscillator circuit. Potentiometer RP and resistor R provide bias current for the oscillator tube.
2. Component Selection
Use 3DD59A for V, 1/4W ordinary resistor for R, 0.22μF/50V for C, and the transformer needs to be homemade. Use 0.9mm enameled wire for N1 and N2 windings, and 0.67mm enameled wire for N3 winding. The winding frame can be made of 1mm thick cardboard. It is best to use U-shaped or ring-shaped ferrite core. If not, use ordinary E-type or F-type silicon steel sheet instead. The DC current G uses a 6V battery.
3. Installation requirements
As long as the components are in good condition and installed correctly, they can be debugged. After power on, adjusting RP can control the output power of the circuit. If the circuit does not vibrate, it may be a problem with the polarity of the feedback winding. Use the polarity identification method to identify it or reverse the winding N1 or N2 and try again. The "·" mark in the figure is the same-name terminal. When the power grid is out of power, this circuit outputs a frequency of 50Hz and a voltage of 220V±5% AC, which guarantees temporary power supply to electrical equipment.
