describe:

ME2604 is a low voltage drop, high precision 16-bit constant current driver chip dedicated to LED display screens. It has built-in CMOS shift register and latch function, which can convert serial input data into parallel output data format. The input voltage range of the chip is 3.3 volts to 5 volts, and it provides 16 constant current sources, which can provide 3-45mA constant current at each output stage to drive LED.

Features:

●16 constant current output channels

●Output current is not affected by load voltage

●Constant current output range:

●3-45mA@VDD=5V;

3-30mA@VDD= 3.3V

●Extremely accurate current output value:

● Maximum difference between channels: <±2.5%;

● Maximum difference between chips: <±6%

●The current output value can be set by adjusting the external resistor

●Fast output current response, /OE: less than 50ns

●Inter-channel interleaving delay of 10ns reduces sudden noise

●The maximum withstand voltage of the output stage is 17 volts

●Static protection greater than 4K volts

●Operating voltage: 3.3V~5V

●Schmitt trigger input

●Up to 25MHz clock frequency
