Do you know the four points that we need to pay attention to when using the dust detector we use in our daily life? I believe that everyone is not so sure, so please follow the editor of the dust detector to learn more.

1. Please note that the gas detectors have different service lives. The service lives of gas detectors are different. When purchasing, you must ask about the service life of the instrument and use it within the warranty period. Some companies use the detector for several years to save costs. Replacement, gas detection is like appearance, and it will eventually hurt others.

2. Pay attention to the interference of gas on instrument detection. When detecting gas leaks, we usually use a single gas detector to detect a specific gas, but there is usually more than one gas in the detection environment, so we should pay attention to whether other gases will interfere with the detection of the instrument and make the detection results inaccurate.

3. Pay attention to the concentration range detected by the dust detector. Before testing, in addition to estimating the type of toxic and harmful gases based on experience in advance, the gas concentration must also be roughly estimated. The alarm value is set by the gas detector for detection. When the gas concentration exceeds the detection range of the instrument, the detector should be turned off. If the gas detector is in an over-range detection state for a long time, it will seriously damage the instrument, causing it to be inaccurate or directly scrapped.

4. Pay attention to the maintenance of the instrument. The dust detector, like other equipment, should also pay attention to regular maintenance. It should be calibrated and tested from time to time and stored in a lower temperature environment to extend its service life.
