Float level gauges are widely used in the field of liquid level measurement in petrochemical, light industry, environmental protection, metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, food and other industries. In order to adapt to the different chemical properties of various measured liquids, float level gauges are usually of two types: standard float level gauges and acid and alkali resistant float level gauges. Float level gauges have different structural dimensions for different application conditions. This article mainly discusses the structural dimensions of standard float level gauges in combination with the dimension diagram.
Generally speaking, there are four structural sizes of standard float level gauges, as shown in the figure above. The first and second on the left are horizontal displays, and the third and fourth on the left are vertical displays.
1. The float level gauge on the left in the above figure has a flange connection as its process connection, a guide rod size of Φ21*2, a gauge head distance of 80mm from the flange, and a large float.
2. The second model float level gauge on the left in the above picture has a threaded process connection, a guide rod size of Φ14*1, a gauge head distance of 20mm from the thread, and a small float.
3. The third model of float level gauge from the left in the above picture has a threaded process connection, a guide rod size of Φ21*2, and a small float. Users can see the specific liquid level from above.
4. The fourth model of float level gauge on the left in the above picture has a flange connection as its process connection, a guide rod size of Φ14*1, and a large float.
