UHZ magnetic flap level gauge is a device specially developed for liquid level measurement based on the principles of magnetism, Archimedes (law of buoyancy) and other principles, which are ingeniously combined with the characteristics of mechanical transmission. Among them, UHZ type is the most basic product, and the rest of the products are extensions based on it. While detecting the liquid level, we give them more practical functions.
UHZ magnetic flap level gauge has explosion-proof and intrinsically safe protection performance. There is no blind spot in the whole process measurement, the display is eye-catching, the reading is intuitive, and the measurement range is large. Especially the on-site indication part, because it is not in direct contact with the liquid medium, it is more superior to high temperature, high pressure, high viscosity, toxic and harmful, and highly corrosive media. The entire UHZ magnetic flap level gauge is made of wear-resistant materials, so it has corrosion resistance. Therefore, compared with traditional glass tubes, magnetic flap level gauges have higher reliability, safety, advancement, and practicality. It can be widely used in liquid level measurement and control in the production process of various industries such as electricity, petroleum, chemical metallurgy, environmental protection, shipbuilding, construction, and food.
UHZ magnetic flap level gauge daily maintenance:
1. No magnetic material is allowed to approach the body, and iron wire is prohibited to be fixed, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the magnetic flap level gauge;
2. When debugging, you should first open the upper guide valve, then slowly open the lower valve to allow the medium to enter the main guide smoothly (during operation, avoid the medium from rapidly impacting the float, causing the float to fluctuate violently and affecting the display accuracy), observe whether the magnetic red and white balls flip normally, then close the lower guide valve, open the drain valve, and let the liquid level in the main guide drop. Repeat this method three times, and if it is normal, it can be put into operation (except for special liquids such as corrosive liquids);
3. The medium should not contain solid impurities or magnetic substances to avoid blocking the float;
4. UHZ magnetic flap level gauge should be cleaned regularly to remove impurities according to the medium conditions.
5. Before use, use the calibration magnet to set the small ball below zero to red and the other balls to white;
6. The installation position of the magnetic flap level gauge should be away from or far away from the inlet and outlet of the material medium to avoid rapid changes in the local area of the material fluid, which may affect the accuracy of the liquid level measurement;
There are generally two reasons why the UHZ magnetic flap level gauge turns red and white. One is that the flap column becomes mottled due to transportation or on-site moving, and the other is that the magnetic flap column, float, high temperature or long-term use cause demagnetization. If it is the first case, take a magnet or a magnetic float and move it close to the flap from beginning to end, and it will turn into the same color. If it is the second case, the panel or float should be replaced.
UHZ magnetic flap level gauge can be used for medium level detection in various towers, tanks, tanks, spherical containers and boilers. This series of level gauges can be highly sealed, leak-proof and suitable for high temperature, high pressure and corrosion-resistant occasions. It makes up for the defects of glass plate (tube) level gauges such as poor indication clarity and easy breakage, and there is no blind spot in the whole process measurement, clear display and large measurement range.
