The SJ5760 profiler is a fully automatic measuring device. The operator only needs to install the workpiece to be measured, set the start and end positions of the scan on the calibration software, and click the "Start" button. The probe will automatically contact the surface of the workpiece and scan at the set position. During the profile scanning process, the software interface will depict the profile curve in real time. After the scan, the operator can analyze the generated profile curve through the profile analysis tool to obtain profile parameters such as straightness, roundness, angle, distance, spacing, etc.
Preparation
1. Preparation before measurement.
2. Turn on the computer, turn on the power switch of the machine, and check whether the machine starts normally.
3. Clean the surface of the workpiece to be measured.
Measurement
1. Move the probe correctly, steadily and reliably onto the measured surface of the workpiece.
2. Fix the workpiece and make sure it will not become loose or other factors will cause the probe to collide with the workpiece.
3. Set the required measurement conditions on the instrument.
4. Start measuring. Do not touch the workpiece or shake the table artificially during the measurement process.
5. After the measurement is completed, analyze the results according to the drawing, mark the results, save and print them.
