Application background: The current method of internal quality inspection in factories is to measure a data and then record it manually on paper, or one person measures and another person records it. At the same time, some operators are not clear about the measurement specifications of the products. When the products exceed the specifications, the operators cannot take timely measures, and when data analysis is required, it is necessary to repeatedly enter the data into the computer.

Main goals: To achieve paperless measurement, improve measurement accuracy and detection efficiency, and to provide timely reminders when specifications are exceeded;

2. Rapid weighing to solve the detection problems in the food processing industry;

Application background: In the food processing industry, weight sampling of products is currently carried out by manual inspection and recording on paper, which is inefficient, especially when large quantities of measurements are required. It is labor-intensive and inefficient, and because the weight is recorded in the inspection record sheet, secondary entry is required when data analysis is required.

Main goal: To solve the efficiency problem in product weight detection and export the data to a computer for statistical analysis.

Solution: Since the data acquisition instrument is small in size, it can be easily set up at the production site. In order to achieve efficient detection, an automatic detection function module has been developed in the software function. The measurement personnel place the product on the electronic scale, and the software will automatically detect whether the product is to be detected. If a product is being detected, it will automatically read the data when it is stable, and then wait for the operator to operate the weight measurement of another product. Through the automatic measurement function of the software, the measurement speed can be more than doubled, and the detection results are automatically recorded in the data acquisition instrument.
