We can see that the front shield of MSO1104Z is very low, more like the RF circuit shield of wireless communication equipment. Overall, the shielding of MSO1104Z is very solid, and the power supply part has an overall shielding to reduce the impact on the front motherboard. The whole instrument is tightly wrapped, and the anti-electromagnetic interference performance should be good.
Let's continue disassembly, disassemble the metal shielding cover, and remove all the screws around the metal shielding cover.
Here is a close-up of the screw. It is not an ordinary screw, but a hexagonal screw. Fortunately, the author has all the tools, otherwise it would not be possible to remove it.
After removing all the screws, the metal shield still cannot be removed. After searching for a while, I found the reason. I need to use a wrench to remove the fixed circle. Look, the wrench is used, not the violent disassembly by the author. [page]
Another question: What are the two circles on the left side of the BNC for? I will study it after disassembling it.
The metal shield can be easily removed in this way, but be careful, there are connecting wires.
First of all, the power connection cable. The power supply and motherboard are separate.
This cable is the fan cable
After carefully unplugging the two connecting cables, one part is the power supply and the other part is the motherboard. In general, the internal connection is very simple and refreshing. There are only 5 connecting cables for LCD, keyboard, power supply, logic analyzer, and fan. The cable positions and lengths are very optimized, without any feeling of procrastination, and the fixing is also good.
We will not disassemble the power supply this time. Let's put it aside and focus on the mainboard. Let's take a look at the mainboard picture first. We can see that the mainboard PCB is very neat and the layout is very reasonable. There are very few chips, which shows that Puyuan Jingdian has made great progress in high-integration design. What is covered by the big metal cover on the top? Judging from the position, it should belong to the channel input part of the oscilloscope. It is probably the analog front end. With such a shielding cover, the interference from the outside world will be relatively small. A genuine design, thumbs up.
