Japan Kenwood Power Supply Repair [Copy link]

This post was last edited by ylyfxzsx on 2019-5-20 12:21 Recently, a Japanese-made Deshi power supply (formerly Kenwood power supply) that has been in use has failed and reported the error ADDAERR. The probability of this power supply having this failure is relatively high. Most of the machines were manufactured in 2008. After years of use, the life of the optocoupler components has reached the end, and this kind of problem is very easy to occur. There is no circuit diagram for reference for the new Deshi power supply. Here is a record of the maintenance process for the convenience of friends who have this power supply and encounter similar failures to troubleshoot as a reference. For convenience, the circuits of the AD part, the reference part and the DA part are drawn, and the channels are symmetrical, and the other channel can be used as an analog reference.
