With the development and popularization of automation technology, the demand for the collection and control of large-area and dispersed data sources is increasing day by day. With the development and popularization of automation technology, the demand for the collection and control of large-area and dispersed data sources is increasing day by day. Therefore, SUPCON provided a wireless measurement and control solution based on GPRS/CDMA in 2004, which can perfectly realize the two-way data interaction of geographically dispersed data sources, such as oil fields, mines, environmental monitoring sources and pollution sources, and not only provides stable real-time data integration, but also provides reliable control functions, thus completely solving the problem of scattered point monitoring.

This solution is also applicable to the data integration of large-area pipeline networks such as water, crude oil, natural gas, steam, and power grids. It has the advantages of good effect, low investment, and easy maintenance.

Description of the program

 

 

WNC series wireless measurement and control terminal is an industrial embedded device launched by SUPCON that is suitable for wireless two-way transmission of distributed data in large areas and integrates measurement and control. It has good adaptability and stability, is compatible with multiple communication methods, supports complex data acquisition and control logic, and can realize local control, remote control and other control functions. It is an ideal choice for geographically dispersed equipment, small devices, and measurement and control points. This solution uses the WNC wireless measurement and control terminal to link the digital or analog instruments, automation equipment or control systems on the data source site, and transmits them to the base station of China Mobile or China Unicom through the wireless transmission channel embedded in the WNC wireless measurement and control terminal through GPRS or CDMA, and accesses the Internet through the gateway of China Mobile or China Unicom. Real-time data is sent to the enterprise's gateway in this way. The ESP-iSYS real-time database has a dedicated interface software that supports the WNC wireless measurement and control terminal, and completes two-way real-time data interaction through the WNC transmission protocol to ensure the security and efficiency of data transmission.

WNC wireless measurement and control terminal can not only complete data collection, but also complete the control of field equipment, or complete complex interactions with field control systems. Therefore, it is suitable for building unattended working modes. Through SUPCON proprietary technology, WNC wireless measurement and control terminal can integrate image information and data information and transmit them through a single GPRS/CDMA channel. The ESP-iSYS real-time data interface software can separate and save image information, thereby supporting upper-layer applications to achieve multimedia monitoring. The entire wireless transmission process is transparent to upper-layer applications based on the ESP-iSYS real-time database, and upper-layer applications can control remote scattered points through bit numbers in the same way as local data sources. The reliability and security of wireless control are guaranteed by the protocol of the WNC wireless measurement and control terminal.
