Other environmental test equipment will have other phenomena during use, so it is necessary to analyze and eliminate the specific phenomena.
Environmental test equipment must also be regularly maintained, the condenser of the refrigeration system must be cleaned regularly, the moving parts must be lubricated according to the instructions, the electrical control system must be regularly maintained and inspected, etc. These tasks are essential.

If the low temperature of the high and low temperature test instrument fails to reach the test index, then you need to observe the temperature change, whether the temperature drops very slowly, or the temperature tends to rise after reaching a certain value. For the former, you need to check whether the studio is dried before the low temperature test, and whether the test samples are placed in the studio after the studio is kept dry before the test. Are there too many test samples in the studio, so that the air in the studio cannot circulate fully? After eliminating the above reasons, you need to consider whether there is a fault in the refrigeration system, so you need to ask the manufacturer's professionals to repair it. The latter phenomenon is caused by the poor use environment of the equipment. The ambient temperature and placement of the equipment (the distance between the back of the box and the wall) must meet the requirements (both are specified in the equipment operation instructions).

When the high and low temperature box is doing the wet heat test, the actual humidity will reach 100% or the actual humidity is very different from the target humidity, and the value is much lower. The former phenomenon may be caused by the drying of the gauze on the wet bulb sensor . Then check whether there is a lack of water in the water tank of the wet bulb sensor. The water level in the water tank is automatically controlled by a water level controller. Check whether the water supply system of the water level controller is normal and whether the water level controller works normally. Another possibility is that the wet bulb gauze will become hard due to long use time or the purity of the water supply quality, so that the gauze cannot absorb water and dry. The above phenomenon can be eliminated by replacing or cleaning the gauze. The latter phenomenon is mainly that the humidification system does not work. Check the water supply system of the humidification system, whether there is a certain amount of water in the water supply system, whether the water level control that controls the water level of the humidification boiler is normal, and whether the water level in the humidification boiler is normal. If all of the above are normal, then check the electrical control system, which requires professional maintenance personnel to perform maintenance.
