Troubleshooting of electromagnetic flowmeter display fluctuations on site

a. Installation location of electromagnetic flowmeter (highest end of the pipeline).

b. Whether there is interference in the surrounding area (inverter, ensure that the power supply of the inverter and the flowmeter are not the same power supply; large motor, cross or overlap, mobile phone tower does not interfere with the flowmeter)

c. The pipe is not full.

d. Non-metallic pipeline is not grounded

e. Broken wire.

f. Power frequency interference

H. Influence of the upper microcomputer.

Solution:

1. If it is installed at the highest end, you can install an exhaust valve at the inlet end to discharge the gas;

2. Separate the power supply and replace it with a new power supply

3. If it is a non-metallic pipeline, it must be equipped with a grounding ring to ensure that the electromagnetic flowmeter medium is in full contact with the shell.
