From September 13 to 15, 2023, the China (Shanghai) International Sensor Technology and Application Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as: Sensor China) was held in Shanghai. Nanocore Microelectronics (hereinafter referred to as "Nanocore Microelectronics") demonstrated its rich products and solutions in sensors at this exhibition.
NaXinMicro participated in Sensor China 2023
Smart sensors are an important means for information systems to interact with the external environment in the intelligent era, and are also an important foundation for the future development of the information technology industry. As a high-performance and high-reliability analog and mixed-signal chip company, Nanocore focuses on automotive electronics, pan-energy (including industrial control, photovoltaics, energy storage, charging piles, etc.) and consumer electronics applications. Currently, it has mass-produced sensor products including magnetic Sensors, pressure sensors and conditioning chips, temperature and humidity sensors, etc.; in addition, the company also provides partners with a complete set of sensor and conditioning circuit design solutions.
Naxinwei won the "Annual Power of Perception Award"
At the 2023 China Sensor Industry Night Dinner and Awards Ceremony held on September 13, Nanochip won the "Annual Power of Perception" award from the organizers of Sensor China. Dr. Zhao Jia, product line director of Nanochip, said: "Since its establishment in 2013, Nanochip has been deeply involved in the field of sensors. Based on technological innovation and system-level understanding of applications, it focuses on core markets and applications and focuses on customer needs. Not only can we provide a wide range of sensor products, but we can also fully cooperate with industry leaders to define forward-looking products that meet future trends and improve the overall performance of the system.”
Deepen the field of sensors, focus on core markets and applications, and continuously enrich product categories
Nanocore has an early layout in the sensor field. In 2014, it mass-produced its first accelerometer conditioning chip; in 2015, it released its first pressure sensor signal conditioning ASIC. Nanocore's first chip involved in automotive applications was the automotive pressure sensor signal conditioning chip released in 2016. It was widely used in air-conditioning pressure, oil pressure, brake pressure and other fields, and was installed in batches in 2018; in 2019 Released the first MEMS pressure sensor.
In the automotive field: Nanochip's automotive sensor layout includes smart cockpits, body systems, hybrid and new energy powertrains, battery management, OBC/DCDC, thermal management systems, etc. For example, Nanocore's magnetic current sensors can be widely used in OBC/DCDC, main drive motors and other fields to provide high reliability and high performance current sampling; the NSPASx series MEMS pressure sensors can be used for airbag pressure detection in car seats. Improve passenger seat comfort, and detect the vacuum degree of the vacuum pump in the vacuum-assisted braking system; the vehicle magnetic angle sensor NSM301x can be used in thermal management system water valves, throttle valves, steering wheel angles, car wipers, EGR valves, etc., in - 40℃~150℃ supports accurate measurement of 360° rotation angle.
In February 2023, Nanochip signed a product cooperation agreement with Lubo, a joint venture company under Continental Group, on the localization project of wheel speed sensors, a key component of passenger cars. They will cooperate in depth in the fields of technology and safety to jointly promote the localization process of automotive chips. Ensure the stability and security of the supply chain.
It is worth mentioning that the nanocore microlinear Hall current sensor NSM203x is a high-precision sensor solution for large-range current detection based on magnetic rings. It can not only be used for phase current detection of electric vehicle electric drive systems, but also Suitable for high current detection of current modules such as industrial motor control and photovoltaic inverters. Nanochip's integrated current sensor NSM201x has the characteristics of high accuracy, high isolation withstand voltage, and strong current capability. Among them, NSM2019 achieves industry-leading primary side impedance as low as 0.27mΩ and continuous current capability through a unique packaging design. Increased to 100A to meet high surge current requirements in photovoltaic applications.
In the field of industrial and consumer electronics, Nanochip's temperature and humidity sensors have achieved stable mass production of single-chip integrated digital output high-precision temperature and humidity sensors. This product is widely used in industrial HVAC systems, vehicle cockpit defogging, IoT, refrigerator freshness, In application scenarios such as smart agriculture.
In addition, Nanochip's temperature sensor product NST112x series has the characteristics of ultra-small packaging, low power consumption, and high precision. Since its launch, it has been widely welcomed by the market. The latest generation Xiaotiantian phone watch flagship Z9 is equipped with a nanocore micro-surface temperature measurement sensor. The temperature measurement function has been upgraded to be more accurate, bringing a new technological experience to the temperature collection function of smart wearable devices. Nanocore's high-precision, low-power temperature sensor NST1002 can sense changes in ambient temperature or body surface temperature in real time, adjust the algorithm accordingly, and help CGM dynamic blood glucose monitoring to measure more accurately. At the same time, Nanocore also launched the calibrated gauge pressure sensor series product NSPGD1 to meet the needs of accurate liquid level detection in the household appliance market, making household appliance application scenarios more intelligent.
Nanocore microsensor revenue has increased significantly, and it is optimistic about the growth points of intelligence and the Internet of Things
According to Nanochip's 2023 semi-annual report, sensor products increased by 131.74% year-on-year in the first half of 2023.
"From the perspective of market application, intelligence and the Internet of Things are the growth points. The entire society, from home appliances to cars to cities, is becoming more and more intelligent and interconnected; from the perspective of technology development trends, with the With the improvement of reliability, various systems are gradually shifting from open-loop control to closed-loop control, which means that the demand for sensors will increase significantly. "Dr. Zhao Jia of Nanochip said on the market opportunities for future industry development, "With many years of experience in the sensor field. With technology accumulation, flexible, elastic and fast response capabilities to customers, and a complete quality assurance system, Nanochip is confident to maintain continuous and in-depth dialogue with leading companies in the industry, understand the development trends of the application market, and better meet the needs of customers. Customer needs to provide matching chip solutions."
