After more than a decade of research and development, Minxin has developed a MEMS silicon microphone, pressure sensor and acceleration sensor product line based on self-developed MEMS/ASIC chips with its own intellectual property rights. At the same time, the company has a complete localized industrial chain based in mainland China.
At present, the company's products mainly include: MEMS microphones, MEMS pressure sensors and MEMS inertial sensors. On August 10 this year, Minxin Co., Ltd. officially landed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board, becoming the first MEMS stock on the Science and Technology Innovation Board.
After years of technological accumulation and R&D investment, Minxin Co., Ltd. has independent R&D capabilities and core technologies in all aspects of existing MEMS sensor chip design, wafer manufacturing, packaging and testing. It is also able to independently design ASIC chips that provide signal conversion, processing or driving functions for MEMS sensor chips, and has achieved the localization of the entire MEMS sensor production process.

At present, the company's main wafer suppliers are SMIC, SMIC Shaoxing and China Resources Shanghua, and the packaging foundry is mainly Huatian Technology. "The localized production system ensures the stable supply of the company's MEMS sensor products, continuously improves the performance and cost-effectiveness of the company's products, can respond to the needs of domestic customers in a timely manner, and achieve rapid product updates and upgrades through in-depth cooperation with local suppliers." After more than ten years of continuous research and development in MEMS technology, Minxin Co., Ltd. has accumulated strength and has its own core technologies in chip manufacturing, packaging and testing in each product line. As of December 31, 2019, Minxin Co., Ltd. has a total of 38 domestic and foreign invention patents, 19 utility model patents, and is applying for 32 domestic and foreign invention patents and 24 utility model patents.
