Recently, the laser gas sensor production base prepared and constructed by Beijing Aerospace Yilian Technology Development Co., Ltd. ("Aerospace Yilian") - the new plant of Yizhuang Boyan was successfully put into production, realizing the industrialization of sensor products and improving the overall competitiveness of the enterprise. The commissioning of the base will further meet the market demand for advanced measurement and control sensor systems.

The Aerospace EasyLink laser gas sensor production base is located in Building 1, No. 139, Jinghai 3rd Road, Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone. It is a formalized and standardized comprehensive base covering the research and development, production, assembly, debugging and operation of laser gas sensors.

The new plant has a usable area of about 1,200 square meters, with a total of three production lines, including one automated production line and two packaging production lines. The plant is equipped with advanced R&D laboratories, calibration rooms and other areas. It is a regularized and standardized comprehensive base covering the R&D, production, assembly, debugging and operation of laser gas sensors. The opening of the production base will further accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.

Aerospace EasyLink was established in December 2010 and is a holding company of the China Academy of Aerospace Aerodynamics, one of the eight scientific research consortia under the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation. The company is mainly engaged in the research and application of fiber optic sensing and test control technology. It is a high-tech enterprise integrating product development, production, system integration, sales, engineering implementation and service consulting.

In early March this year, the project "Application and Industrialization of Laser Absorption Humidity Sensors under Complex Working Conditions" led by Aerospace EasyLink won the third prize of the 2018 Beijing Science and Technology Award.

The project realizes humidity measurement under complex working conditions, and has the advantages of non-contact measurement, large measuring range, high accuracy, and real-time measurement. It solves the problem of humidity measurement, fills the gap in domestic high-precision humidity measurement, and improves the level of high-end sensor research and development and industrialization in Beijing.

In recent years, Aerospace EasyLink has developed a full range of TDLAS laser gas analysis products through continuous innovation, including single-component fixed laser gas analyzers, laser flue gas humidity analyzers, laser methane detectors, etc., to meet the multi-faceted needs of customers. The products developed by the company have been widely used in meteorology, cultural relics, environmental protection, chemical industry and other fields.
