April 12, Shanghai - Nanocore Microelectronics (hereinafter referred to as "Nacore Microelectronics", Science and Technology Innovation Board stock code 688052) today announced the launch of the single-channel MLVDS transceiver NLC530x series, including NLC5301/2/3/4, a total of four models device. Among them, NLC5301 and NLC5302 support 100Mbps bus rate, and NLC5303 and NLC5304 support 200Mbps bus rate. This product series meets the MLVDS TIA/EIA-899 standard. NLC5301 and NLC5303 support Type I receivers, and NLC5302 and NLC5304 support Type II receivers. The NLC530x series has the characteristics of ultra-low latency and high anti-interference, and can be widely used in base station communications, power protection, instrumentation and other applications.
Ultra-low latency and strong anti-interference ability
The NLC530x series chip bus pins can meet the 8kV (HBM) ESD protection requirements and can pass the contact discharge ESD test (IEC61000-4-2) up to 15kV, making it easier for the whole machine to pass system-level EMC testing and reduce peripheral protection components. The transmission rate can reach up to 200Mbps, while the reception delay is less than 6ns, meeting the requirements of clock-sensitive applications. NLC530x realizes localization of the entire process from design, manufacturing to packaging and testing, stably ensuring the safety and reliability of supply to better meet customer delivery needs.
NLC530x series main parameters
• Compliant with TIA/EIA-899 standards
• Supports 100Mbps, 200Mbps signaling rates
• Supply voltage 3V to 3.6V
• Type I receiver threshold hysteresis 25mV
• Type II receiver threshold offset 100mV
• Input common mode voltage supports -1V to 3.4V
• Bus IO ESD protection level 8kV HBM
• Operating temperature: -40℃ to 125℃
• Package type: SOP8
Free sample delivery
The single-channel MLVDS transceiver NLC530x series is pin-compatible with mainstream chips in the market, can be replaced in situ, and provides better delay performance and ESD protection performance. Full-process localization helps customers create a safer, more reliable and robust supply chain.
