Shenzhen Guowei's patent for voice-operated control communication devices uses voice control instead of physical button control, making it more convenient and intelligent for customers to use, and the product has a longer life and a simpler and more beautiful appearance.
The 2020 China Call Center and Enterprise Communications Conference, with the theme of "Opportunities and Challenges for the Development of the ICT Industry under the Background of 'New Infrastructure'", will be held on September 18 this year (Beijing). Shenzhen Guowei, one of the world's leading manufacturers of programmable switches, voice gateways, and telephone terminals, will also participate in this conference.
Existing wireless communication devices, such as cordless phones, all use physical buttons to implement various functions. Because physical buttons have a certain life span, after long-term use, the buttons may not work properly or short-circuit, resulting in abnormal product functions and inability to be used normally.
In order to solve the above problems, Shenzhen Guowei applied for an invention patent entitled "A wireless communication device controlled by voice operation" (application number: 201910578205.0) on June 28, 2019. The applicant is Shenzhen Guowei Electronics Co., Ltd. The invention proposes a wireless communication device controlled by voice operation.
Figure 1 Schematic diagram of the structure of a wireless communication device
FIG1 shows a wireless communication device with voice control proposed by the present invention, which mainly includes a front shell 1 and a rear shell 3. When the front and rear shells are buckled together, the accommodating cavity 30 in the rear shell 3 can be covered, and the accommodating cavity 30 is provided with a microphone 31, a speaker 32, a battery 33, a mainboard 34 and other electronic devices, and they can be electrically connected. Among them, the microphone 31 is used to obtain external sounds, the speaker 32 is mainly used to output sounds, and the mainboard 34 is also provided with a voice recognition chip 340 and a control chip 341.
According to the voice-operated wireless communication device proposed in the invention, the user can control the wireless communication device by emitting voice. Generally speaking, a plurality of microphones 31 are provided in a device. After the microphone 31 collects the user's voice, the voice emitted by the user is converted into an electrical signal and transmitted to the voice recognition chip 340. Next, the voice recognition chip 340 recognizes the user's voice and transmits the recognized voice information to the control chip 341. The control chip 341 can recognize the voice information through the voice recognition chip 340 to issue action commands to other components, thereby enabling the user to control the wireless communication device through voice and realize various functions on the wireless communication device, thereby achieving the purpose of voice control of the wireless communication device. Finally, after receiving the user's voice signal, the control chip 341 analyzes and calculates and sends an electrical signal to the speaker 32, so that the speaker 32 emits a sound.
The above is the introduction of Shenzhen Guowei’s patent. This voice-operated wireless communication device uses voice control instead of physical button control, making it more convenient and intelligent for customers to use. The product also has a longer life and a simpler and more beautiful appearance.
Since its inception in 2001, China Call Center and Enterprise Communications Conference has gradually become the largest professional event in the call center and enterprise communications field in the Asia-Pacific region. This year's conference will bring us cutting-edge ICT technologies, mainly focusing on enterprise communications, call centers, next-generation communication architecture, etc. How will Shenzhen Guowei show its style at the conference? Let us wait and see.
