In 2020, Huawei will invest US$200 million in the development of the computing industry ecosystem and develop 2 million developers worldwide.

Huawei's cloud business has grown steadily overall and is currently entering a fast lane of development. It has launched more than 210 cloud services in 23 categories, more than 190 industry and general solutions, and operates 45 availability zones in 23 geographic regions around the world with partners. In 2019, Huawei Cloud's IaaS market ranked top three in China and top six in the world, with the fastest growth rate in the world. In March 2020, Huawei Cloud launched the world's first enterprise-level AI application development kit ModelArts Pro to accelerate the implementation of industry AI; in May, it released its government and enterprise strategy and announced that the new Huawei Cloud Stack series products were officially launched, committed to becoming the first choice for government and enterprise intelligent upgrades.
