The SCT2260A is a high power density fully integrated synchronous step-down DCDC converter with an output current up to 6A. Its input voltage range is 4.5V to 17V. SCT2260A provides selectable switching frequencies of 400KHz, 800KHz and 1.2MHz to optimize conversion efficiency or reduce the size of peripheral devices according to different application requirements. SCT2260A adopts COT control mode and provides three selectable operating modes to achieve smooth switching between pulse width modulation mode (PWM) and pulse frequency modulation mode (PFM) or pulse width modulation mode (PWM) and ultrasonic mode (USM). Ensure fast and efficient dynamic response. The quiescent current in sleep mode is 130μA, which can meet the user's light load and high efficiency application requirements. The minimum conduction time of the SCT2260A upper MOSFET is 60ns, ensuring stable low-voltage output at different switching frequencies. In terms of protection design, SCT2260A provides current limit and overcurrent hiccup protection, overheating shutdown protection, output overvoltage protection and input undervoltage protection, providing multiple guarantees for the safety of practical applications. SCT2260A is available in a small QFN-12 package, providing users with a simple power supply solution for miniaturized designs.
