On June 15, the management team of ARM China published a joint letter on the company's intranet: "We will live up to our youth and work together to forge ahead."

The letter pointed out that ARM China was very shocked and angry about the unfounded accusations against Allen in recent media reports. Allen is a professional with a solid technical background and a well-known corporate leader in the industry.

The joint letter stated that he joined Arm in 2004, led the Chinese team in 2007, and led everyone to work together as the founding chairman of the Arm China joint venture. Over the past decade, he has devoted a lot of effort to the introduction and development of Arm technology and ecology in China, and to the market demand for chip IP.

Such an industry veteran who has worked in the Arm system for 16 years, a mentor and friend who has a sincere feeling for the industry and a deep love for Arm and Arm China, has been subjected to those groundless accusations. Arm China believes that this not only hurts the reputation of Allen and Arm China, but also deeply hurts the feelings.

Arm China said that despite the severe impact of the epidemic in 2020, Arm China still exceeded its business targets for the first half of the year and is confident that it will exceed its full-year business targets again.

At present, ARM China is operating normally and the team is stable. Normal business activities with any customers and partners have not been affected by this incident.
