• Support enterprise tape-outs. Provide annual subsidies of up to 10 million yuan to integrated circuit design companies that carry out project research and development of products with independent intellectual property rights;

• Support enterprises to purchase and develop IP. IC enterprises that purchase IP (including Foundry IP modules) from IP providers will be given subsidies based on actual conditions, with a maximum annual subsidy of RMB 10 million;

• Support enterprises to purchase, rent and develop EDA tool software, with a maximum annual subsidy of 20 million yuan;

• Support semiconductor IDM companies in developing new products and provide an annual reward of up to 3 million yuan based on the recognition of new products.

• Support enterprises to increase investment. Encourage integrated circuit enterprises to build new projects, and provide each enterprise with a subsidy of up to 20 million yuan depending on the situation;

• Support the growth of enterprises. A one-time reward of up to 5 million yuan will be given to platforms and enterprises with significant annual sales revenue breakthroughs;

• Support the merger and introduction of enterprises. Encourage integrated circuit enterprises to carry out mergers, acquisitions, equity participation and other forms of mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations, and provide rewards of up to 50 million yuan per year for three consecutive years based on their contributions;

• Support enterprises to go public and give rewards according to the situation.
