On December 10, 2020, Goertek Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Goertek") and Shanghai Taishi Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Taishi Micro") signed a long-term cooperation framework agreement, a chip cooperation development agreement and a procurement framework agreement at Goertek's headquarters. According to the agreement, Goertek and Taishi Micro will carry out long-term and close cooperation on Goertek's full range of products including TWS headphones, AR/VR, wearable devices, etc. The two parties will combine their respective advantages to jointly define and develop a series of dedicated system-level chips (SoCs). This cooperation has opened up a broader development space for both parties.
